About

We built the platform we wished existed

Axion Track started because we were paying for tracking software that was slow, opaque, and locked in. Every decision since has come back to that frustration.

How we got here

From fleet owner to platform

We are not a large software company that added hardware. We are operators who got tired of being underserved by software, and built the thing we needed.

  1. 01

    The problem

    Running our own fleet

We needed tracking for a small commercial fleet and every option was either too slow, too expensive, or locked behind a contract. The tools were built for enterprises with IT departments. We had a phone and a spreadsheet.

  2. 02

    The build

    Writing the platform

So we built it. Hardware designed around real vehicles, a telemetry pipeline built for 5-second updates, an API before an interface, and a mobile app first. We kept fixing the problems we had personally lived with.

  3. 03

    Today

    Onboarding fleets nationwide

Axion Track now runs for fleet operators across Pakistan — logistics, delivery, transport, construction, and more. The product is still shaped by the same rule: build the thing we would want to be paying for.

Why Axion Track

Six decisions we did not compromise on

None of these are the industry default. Each one is a choice we made against the easier, cheaper option.

01

Fresh data, not fresh-ish data

The gap between knowing where a vehicle is and knowing where it was half a minute ago is where accidents, thefts, and missed deliveries live. If the data is going to drive decisions, it has to be current — so we built the pipeline for 5-second updates rather than inheriting a 60-second one.

02

The phone comes first

A breakdown at 2 AM does not wait for you to find a laptop. We designed the mobile app before the desktop console, which is why the app is not a stripped-down afterthought. Every capability in the web dashboard exists in your pocket, with offline caching for when the signal drops.

03

Hardware in the box

Requiring customers to source compatible trackers separately is just a way of creating a support queue. Our subscriptions include the right device for the vehicle, chosen by us, so nobody wastes an afternoon researching OBD-II port locations.

04

API before interface

We built the integration layer before we polished the dashboard. Anything visible in the console is available through REST endpoints and webhooks. Your tools should consume our data, not be forced to scrape our screens.

05

No lock-in, on principle

No annual contracts, no minimum fleet size, no setup fees, and a one-click full data export. Software that holds your fleet data hostage is not software you can trust with your fleet.

06

Support from the builders

Your ticket reaches engineers, not a call centre in another time zone. We will tell you honestly whether a request is feasible before you pay for anything — including when the answer is no.

How we work

Three rules we do not bend

These are the internal rules that decide arguments when a deadline is close. They are written down because unwritten values are just preferences.

  • Say the true thingIf a feature is not ready, we say so. If a claim is a best case rather than a guarantee, we label it that way. Marketing that outruns the product is a liability we would rather not carry.
  • Build for the dispatcherThe person watching eleven vehicles at once on a phone in a noisy depot. If a feature makes their screen harder to read, it does not ship.
  • Fix it at the sourceA tracker that silently goes offline is worse than one that is obviously broken. We surface failures clearly rather than smoothing them over in a dashboard.

Work with us

Judge us on your own fleet

The fastest way to know whether we are what we say we are is to put a tracker on one vehicle and watch it for a week.
